Congratulations on your new baby! lol I use blue painters tape to keep mine down, it has been easy to remove if I do it as soon as I have finished the project, and also some clear plastic sheets that I already had in the house as these weigh it down in the middle and make it lie flat. I know there are special panto grids that you can buy but my options work for me at the moment and are also the right price!
