He bonded with the dog, Jenny. A lab mix, Jenny used to climb the fence and walk along the 2 x4 with Sassy. Sassy and Jenny used to jog with my daughter. Neither pet knew they were a cat or dog...took on the traits of each other.
I used to have an all fluffy black cat we called Pepper and he never knew he was a cat either. He copied us in his "talks" by giving us long drawn out sentences saying, "meieeeieeeeiieeyaaiieee." He lived to be 18 yrs. old. :lol:
