Would you like me to help you with this problem? I am good at that sort of thing. I can argue effectively in English. If you scan the order and send it to me I can call them on skype for 2 cents a minute and get it sorted out for you. That is a ridiculous situation and I understand it because here in Chile we have the same problems with things like the cell phone company here and I cannot argue here in Spanish. :)
