She said she paid .50 for it and she punched holds and it held about four spools of thread and there was no tangling. Well this gave me this idea. I hand quilt and I have a wooden spool holder but it is just to heavy on the quilt and if I just lay my spool on the quilt it rolls away a lot of the time. So here is what I did. This is a Gerber baby food container. It works really well as it is very light and it does not roll away.
