Well I weighed in this morning and am happy to report that I have BROKEN through my platue!!! I have officially started this month below the line! YAHOOO!!!
Glad to see there are many new comers to the group this month! one of my biggest tips is weight lifting! I always notice a bigger loss when lifting is part of my program and I know I'm less jiggly becuase of it!
