Then it was circulated to a group of 4 other women (some overseas, hence the "international") and they each added a border in a specified width before mailing it to the next person on the list. Thank you Judy, you answered the next question that I was going to ask. Also, is there any specified suggestion of the next round, or is each person totally free to add any design of their choice?
In addition to what she said, and to answer the questions someone asked a bit back, each person in the group makes a center and every person in the group puts a border on each center.
