I bought a 301 a few weeks ago without a bobbin case not knowing what the bobbin case cost. I might not have bought it but it is a black long bed one I really wanted. I bid on several bobbin cases on EBay but they went for more than what I was willing to pay. Finally I bought a FW parts machine. Yet another lesson learned. I wish I was as smart as I was when I was a teenager LOL. I have been working on other FW's but want to get the 301 up and running. I have several machines to work on.
