You have some very pretty, vibrant colors, making a striking quilt. I wouldn't try to emphasize the quilting too much, instead let the pattern and colors speak for themselves. I actually think black thread might be very pretty, as long as the thread is not too thick and overpowering. Are you going to quilt it on a DSM or longarm? That might determine the quilting pattern.
