Many of us are new to quilting, some even new to sewing in general. The people on this board give so much encouragement and affirmation. I have a wonderful kind husband who encourages me in all that I do but not everyone is so fortunate. That being said, it is still not the same as a fellow quilter or seamstress giving compliments and praise when we have worked so hard on our first project or whatever it might be. Building each other up on this board is the best gift that we can give to another human being. We all love and live for praise. That is human nature. The people on this board are kind, caring, wonderful people. I am so glad that I found this place. I have learned so much since joining. I can't say enough good things about this place!
