I agree with this statement. I feel that if you use the polka dot material for the border of each square and later again as a flange against the dark green outer border, it may finish this promising quilt-in-the-making in a lovely way. What do u think? :) or vice versa on border. Another way would be to use the polka dot outer border with the royal blue flange to separate the block border from the outer border.
