I LOVE your pegboard! YOu'll love your cubes - I got mine last year - I love them! For one thing, you can only put so much in the cube, so you have to eliminate when you get too much!
I tried different ways of folding my fabric, and found this the best for ease in seeing what I have. I also organize into themes, like Christmas, juvenile, checks, dots, etc. I put my FQs and projects in progress in the tubs on top. I have to be honest and say that I have some baskets on another shelf with projects, too, but I did reduce my stash quite a bit when I got the cubes!
