I had it happen as a buyer on ebay. I bought a small doll and received the wrong one. The seller had mixed up two dolls. It was a simple mistake and all was worked out. She paid return postage and I received the correct doll in a timely manner. I think that most of the time it is just a matter of an honest mistake. I have bought many things on ebay and it has only happened once.
