Good morning to all. Hope yesterday was a good day for all. I had a very good day. Stayed in my calorie range and walked 4 miles early, before it got hot.
Hoping today will be as good as yesterday. I have some errands to do today which include picking up backing for a quilt top I have just finished. That should keep me in a good mood. I am an emotional eater and if I am sad or upset in any way I turn to food. I am by myself and don't have anyone in the evenings (which seem to be the worst) to talk about how I am feeling. That's one of the reasons this QB and especially this thread, has been a life saver to me. Thanks to all of you.
