I am not a "joiner" but, by my count, the negatives outweigh the positives nearly 2:1. What is with these people? Are they so insecure about themselves or the quality of their work that they can't stand any competition and therefore don't want to expose their shortcomings to the community-at-large?
C'mon ladies. Grow up. Get a life. You'll be surprised how large the world can be when you open a door.
