yay! actually, i didn't mean to sound critical, if i stop to think about it, i'm nervous about the quilting part. i know how to sew, but when it is such a big project to mess up, i get stuck in my tracks! when i first heard my ddil was pregnant i made a quilt top for the baby. i haven't quilted it yet! i've done three other baby quilts, the first 2 were pretty good and the last one is a hot mess. but now i know how to sandwich and with the basting spray that's no biggie anymore, and piecing is fun, so maybe i can just dive in and do it. how do you get to carnegie hall? practice, practice, practice. and it's not like they're going to be really critical.... so i'm sorry if i sounded mean about the binding. i'm pretty sure most everyone has a part they either feel insecure about, or just don't enjoy doing.
my grand=daughter was born last night, so i guess i've procrastinated enough!
