I have some scraps that would be great for this because I throw nothing away and my backings are always cut larger so I have those long strips that would make good 1.5' squares to share with others. It does sound difficult doesn't it? But it's really not. Just start cutting, make 20 piles and keep adding to each pile without duplicating in each pile. It does go quickly and you can use up your scrap strips.
