I NEVER thought to use that. You are right we do use a lot of cream whipped and otherwise here. You haven't lived til you have fresh Norwegian strawberries and cream :P The berries are smaller and ruby red with an amazingly strong taste because it takes them so long to mature in this climate. oooooooooooooooooooooohhh We also have the most wonderful chocolate.

That being said, I will NOT say a word about the recipe!
