I'm on the cusp, no symptoms except lack of regularity. I'm going to avoid HRT like the plague if I can, have heard too many nasty bad things about it, including the treatment of the horses for some of them.
Will try naturals though and thinking I might run out and get some E (without the L <g>) and nip it in the bud.
I'm already not a sugarholic, so quitting that is not a problem.
