And I was kind of a health food nut. Didn't realize how far we'd
gone till my 6 year old son was invited to his friend's home for dinner, and he came home excited about it. Said that after dinner they had a CAKE for desert, and it wasn't even anybody's birthday!!
That is really smart to stay away from sugar. I, too, took vitamin e and still do, though not as much as I used to. Get the one that says it is "mixed tocopherols". I take 10,000 iu's a day, used to take a lot more. Good idea to up it gradually until you feel better.
