Found this (Sorry about the cobwebs) at our summerplace.Searched the internet, this seems to be a Singer from 1920's. This is what we could read: "Nähemachine Fabrik A.G. marke Bielefeld Form Hengstenberg et Co." on the metal plate. Text on the machine body has worn out.
What is the weird metal thing in front of the wheel? Also we could not unscrew the front in order to see its bobbin system. The hand wheel still turns, and the presser foot lever moves, no needle remains. What could you tell me about this beauty, any info is appreciated. Thank You.
