You are supposed to be helpful and tell me that this s..t will go away! At almost 54 the hot flashes and night sweats are more than just a bother.
i haven't had a period since december of 2009. the hot flashes/night sweats have been going on for 4 or 5 years. i have yet to get my hormones checked. it is 6am, and i am having one now..so my little fan goes on! my friend uses some sort of cream..says it makes her feel wonderful.
