Put a bit of the meat mixture in each opening of a cupcake pan. Bake it (reduce cooking time, they cook up faster) Turn them out and "frost" with mashed potatoes. Grate carrot on top. Meatloaf cupcakes! My grands love `em.
Love this idea.. thanks... I cut hot dogs the long way and we call them worms, they kinda curl when you cut them like that.. they have so much fun eating the worms... then of course the ketchup is the blood... being Grammie is sooooo fun..
