I live in TX, maybe it's called Hell in the summer months and Heaven in the winter. My electric bill was only $350 this month and we cool almost 4,000 sq ft. We set both sides of the house different, so most of the time one side is about 84 and the other side is 82, except at night and it's 79. We have lots of insulation, new windows and a steel roof, so that all helps. My neighbor had a $890, so I'm very happy.
