TanyaL,
I think the snakes will still get out. But, the cattle may not be able to get out of the tanks/ponds that are drying up. Also, our house foundation may not be any good before long. We have a sprinkler system that water the yard at about $200 plus per month. Now we put soaker hoses around our foundation that is running 24 hours a day hoping it will keep it from having problems. And we are deep watering our trees. We live in TX, but we farm in north OK. It's so dry at the farm. Lost all our crops this year and our meadows for cattle/horse hay was about half. So, people are having to sell their cattle. Guess we won't be eating meat in a couple years.
