Whatever it takes to be comfortable! Both husband and I are home all day (retired) and keep it 70 degrees 24/7. During the night we can open the windows and turn fan on to bring in the cool air; close it up in the morning. There is a lot of stress on your heart if you have to fight the heat so you do whatever you have to and pray you have the funds to pay for it. :thumbup:
