It's a double whammy that it takes rain to make rain. :? :cry:
The dampness evaporates, becomes moisture in the clouds, gets heavy, comes down as rain on the land. For so much of our land it's too dry to evaporate much any more. We'll have to hope it blows hard in from elsewhere; which really isn't the kind of watering we want or need at first :cry:
