I was reading a short story tonite and there was a reference to low country boil.
My habit is to have the PC on so I can go to Google for foods, plants and customs that are new to me.
I looked up the recipes -- and I want to try it. What do you do with the broth that is made?? is it a clear soup or do you drain it and toss it out??
