Well I managed to make my sister a quilt for her 30th Birthday last month. Only just got the photos from her though. (The ones I took of the whole thing didnt come out too well).
Shes a very ecclectic sort of person, and so I made a "this is your life" sort of crazy quilt, including lots of different fabrics with things she likes, so theres pretzels and jelly beans and strawberries and pasta for foods she likes, and Wizard of Oz, and Alice in Wonderland, and HSM and Care Bears for characters, handcuffs and police cars since she works for the police, pool that she likes to play in pubs, wellies to represent the music festivals she enjoys. Basically, its just really ecclectic, including many of the things that remind me of her. :D

The finished size was about 72" square.

You might want to put shades on before you view this! 8)
