I have a new Juki 2010Q and am trying to quilt SID.
The top stitch is fine but the backing, which is flannel is
puckering. I tried to adjust tension and nothing worked.
I then decided to try it on another fabric sandwich without
the flannel backing and it was fine. I then tried the exact
same thing on my Brother machine and the same thing
happened.
Is it possible that a cheaper flannel, (got it at JoAnns)
would do this?
I,m at my wits end here trying to get this done.
Can someone offer some input? Thanks.
