Most people who are blonde don't see any humor in blonde jokes. There is no humor in them any more than if you were to make fun of some one based on their race, or religion.
My niece (who is very smart BTW) loves blonde jokes (even though she doesn't get them) and we love to tell them to her just to see her eyes light up and hear her laugh when we explain them to her!!! :)
