Rub olive oil on them. Do this daily or at night...it will help but give it time. I've spent so much money on creams that have never worked. My mother is from Italy and she told me to use it. Why didn't I ask her to begin with? lol

After bathing, rub in some good old Castor Oil. When I broke my ankle and had a cast up to my hips, I was horrified when the cast came off. My legs were so dry and no cream ever worked on them, and with the leg hairs long enough to pin curl, I did as one old guy said I met in the doctor's office. He said get the skin wet and warm, then rub in Castor Oil. It did work well, and sometimes I use it on my skin all over.
