Indeed. I hate the heat and humidity makes it even worse. I've never done well in the heat.
If it's that humid you might want to consider a dehumidifier instead of or in addition to a window AC unit. We have a little one that just plugs into the wall, works great (keeps the basement from getting damp!) You really want to make sure your fabric isn't getting damp and then staying that way and that space heater doesn't sound comfortable to me AT ALL :lol: Besides which it's a fire hazard if you leave it unattended!
