Mine was 348.00. and i know that August will be more. It has been over the 100's here in texas. and believe me i do turn off all lights when not in used and i have all window shades down so no sunlight enters the house. and i keep it in 78 to 80 degrees. And it feels cool comparing 108 degress outside.
