Measure across from side to side and up and down on the SMALLEST correctly sewn block. Find a square ruler to fit on it cutting only slivers off.
Then using the same ruler, trim all the others to be the same size.
Plastic square rulers come in 6" and 6 1/2" sizes.
iT takes a lot more care, but you can mark other rulers with tape, and use them to trim your blocks.
