If you have never lost weight before, WW is a good start. Portion control and moving is key to any weight lost program. I walk about 45 minutes a day. Leave bread off of all hamburgers or skip fast food period. the average hamburger bun is 200-300 calories. I can find better bread to put in my mouth. I have lost 75 pounds.
