You're doing great, love the birds. At first I thought you were doing a double sashing, but you could treat them as part of the block, then add maybe a narrower green as sashing between all blocks. It's just a thought - don't mean to confuse, anything you do will be right for you. Trust yourself, to use a phrase from Bob Ross, a painter, there are no mistakes, just happy accidents.
