I vaguely remember the last name, but why or from what, I couldn't tell you.
Besides our five years in Omak, we lived in Mead for five years before that.
Could our paths have passed? LOL
I love finding out how many times our day to day life and living makes the world a smaller place.
Eastern Washington is a wonderful place, though Spokane was a bit more metropolitan than I care to tolerate. Many opportunities there, and I always said that Spokane was the smallest big town I had ever been into. There was a downtown, to be sure, but the city planners had broken the city into areas with lots of trees interspersed. One could never be sure that you were in or out of town. It was a nice town the first time I saw it in 1972, and just as nice when we moved there in 1989.
