LOL yeah they do. I previously made a "Brown Nose" Towel.
It was a beige towel with a brown nose appliqued on it. Any time they have an Ops meeting and a guy comes up with some kind of idea or gets praise.... they say... "Give him the towel"
My bosses thought it was hilarious!
