During the hot months I move from making quilts to smaller items, buying fat quarter collectionns or quilt kits on clearance is a great way to get fabric for smaller projects thats already co-ordinated. I get quilt kits a lot of times with no intention of making the pattern that comes with it. Most times I get awesome fabric at a great price.
