So a friend of mine asked me to do the longarm quilting on this old fashion looking quilt. She said that she had been given it by someone in our quilt group, who didn't want it any more and hadn't finished the borders on it. That if she ever got it finished, it was going to be donated to charity. My friend told me to quilt it, because she was going to give it back to the original owner and see if she still thinks it is not very pretty. Well I finished the quilt tonight in time to bring it to our meeting. We showed it off for show and tell, and the original owner didn't even recognize her quilt. When asked if she was going to now keep it or still give it away..... she said she would keep it... it now was a beautiful quilt.
