I keep seeing these neck scarves made out of batiks. They have self fringe, are about 10 to 12 inches wide and look about 45 inches long. Does anyone have any idea how to make them. I don't think batik will fringe. Not sure.
Most of the ones that I see are made from a Rayon batik which fringes quite easily.
