It was a BOM in my guild. I will use blue and white as examples.
For each block cut:
4 squares of blue 2 7/8"
4 squares of white 2 7/8"
Place these face to face, draw a line and sew 1/4" each side of it. This will give you 8 triangle squares.
Also cut:
4 squares of blue 2 1/2"
4 squares of white 2 1/2"
The block name is Cold Snap. It came from a 2006 quilting mag. I hope you can see the block placement ok.
It finishes to 8".
