No, I don't have enough to do both with that fabric. I have 1/2 yd each of the blue and green stripe. Those came in a grab bag I bought at Fat Quarter Shop and they are part of the collection.
For that matter I could use strips from the other jelly roll I have of the collection and I pulled out the solid and the stripe of each color; pink, blue, and green and didn't use them in this quilt. I could cut them in half to 20" or even 10" strips each and piece them together for the binding.
I have the dark border sewn on, I agree that it looks best next to the body.
