I think that's a great idea about a coffee table book!
When Bill commissioned, I took his pictures and turned them into books for his family. I used Shutterfly. For, I think 20 pages, it was about $30 and they were discounted down with so many ordered. I only made the book (hardcover) 5X8, I think. I can't find the book at the moment to measure it, but I think it came out nice.
