If I had to go to a gym I'd never make it there. I got a Gazelle for at home. I started with small goals at first, like 5 minutes a day, just to get used to the idea of exercise. After a couple weeks in increased the time 'cause 5 minutes really wasn't that long. Few weeks later little more time, after all 10 minutes wasn't that long. When I got to 30 minutes I found it better if I broke it into 2, fifteen minutes sessions a day and I also just did the 30 or more one day then only 5-10 minutes the next and back to the 30 or more the day after and kept switching back and forth. Did great this way and didn't feel like I was stuck doing something I really didn't like.
