Well I gained up to 250 pounds.I couldn't bend over or tie my shoes,had to wear slip on shoes.Stretch pants.Couldn't fit under the steering wheel.That was 4 yrs ago.I went on a life style change and broke bad habits and did things I didn't want to do either,but had to be done in order for me to lose weight.I now am at 157 pounds,So lost 93 pounds.You can do it too.We can re-train ourselves to like it.MJ the leader of the weight loss thread on this forum {come join us} says it takes 28 days to make or break a new or old habit.She's right too.In about 3 weeks,you can train yourself to eat right,exercise,and drop the junk foods.As far as sweating?It doesn't bother most of us with rashes.And I've heard every excuse in the book.I'm tired,it's too late.It's too cold,it's too hot,etc.Well,there are many home exercises you can do.And if you can't exercise,you can still lose weight by decreasing calories,or by adding red hot peppers to burn calories off thermogenically.It works,that's what I do,cause I have pain in all my joints but still move and do what I can so I don't atrify and get stove up.And eat hot peppers,it speeds up the metabolism.I don't think many do like to exercise.But have to so they will both get in shape,and to help lose weight.It's a trade off.You put in exercise,start slow and work up as you go.It releases indorfins to help with appetite,makes you feel good afterwards,and helps with stress,and you sleep better.You can shower every night before bed.So,please try to do something,even if it's just waving your arms for 10 minutes.
