My girlfriend and I got together last Sat. and she brought me some of these to look at to see if I could make them. They were given to her from an elderly neighbor of hers.
After three tries I finally was able to figure them out.
I ended up making three different sizes. Large (casserole dish size)
Medium (large bowl) and small (for a cereal sz. bowl)
These are great for heating up that bowl of soup or chili or just about anything you can fit into a bowl and RE-HEAT in the microwave. You pick the whole thing up out of the microwave: bowl and all,l and place it on the table and "dig in". The nice thing about them is you do not need a pot holder and they are much easier to handle, and (of course) "they are washable".
