I believe I may have invented ,some new words in the process, of quilting it. I can say your flower medallions look marvenous compared to mine and I wouldn't be ashamed to show your queen quilt at all. I love the colors and I agree with your DH. That's sooo funny! I had to laugh. :lol: 5" throat is worse than mine at 6". It sounds like you got it done. Congrats. To go a step further, today I was visiting a friend who has hand quilted for years, beautiful work, and she has me convinced to try hand quilting again (I did once and I did not enjoy it!! Many needle pricks and sore fingers). She showed me the proper way and made it look so easy. Right! So I may practice it on scraps. I guess, never say never. :roll: Maybe on smaller pieces but don't think I have the patience for a large quilt (hand quilting). Thanks for your comments.
