The last Singer 301 I bought also came with those attachments and discs. The owner called me a few days after I took my machine home and said she had found this box with the zigzagger and discs. I haven't tried to use them yet. :-D
When you decide to try the attachment, be prepared for lots of noise! I am going to oil mine up and see if it is quieter. They do make some pretty stitches!
