Sometimes I do ditch them if I'm hot or don't feel like I can feel the motion well enough. But usually yes, they do help me. :)
Ditto! The Atlas 370's are under $10 and rubber on the surface, snug fitting and breathable on the back. Awesome for arthritic hands, too.
